Student(s) will be introduced to the spinning wheel, pick a wheel that best suits them, begin working with fibre, and getting used to treadling. By the end of the lesson, the student is expected to be able to treadle, draft, and spin a single.

Student(s) will briefly cover first lesson and move on to plying. By the end of the lesson, student(s) are expected to be able to ply a two-ply yarn using two hand spun singles.

Student(s) will briefly cover lessons one and two, then progress to learning about different types of plying. By the end of the lesson, student(s) are expected to be able to accomplish several different types of plying with hand spun singles and thread.

Student(s) will briefly cover lessons one through three and progress to learning about alternative spinning methods and art yarns. By the end of the lesson, student(s) should be familiar with many different types of spinning and will be expected to practice spinning art yarn.
